Determine Your Skill Level

Level 1 Beginner

This level is ideal for newcomers to skating. No prior experience is required to join. Our coaches focus on the fundamentals of skating, teaching proper form, how to stop, perform crossovers, and control lowering techniques. This is a great starting point to build confidence and basic skating skills.

Level 2 Intermediate

For skaters with basic skating experience, such as those who skated in childhood or occasionally skate on weekends. At this level, our coaches will enhance your existing skills with more advanced techniques. You’ll learn how to increase your agility, improve your balance, and start engaging in more complex maneuvers.

Level 3 Advanced

This level is tailored for skaters who are comfortable with skating basics and ready to delve into the intricacies of roller derby. Here, you will learn strategic plays, advanced blocking techniques, and speed control, preparing you for competitive derby play. This level focuses on refining your skills and applying them in derby scenarios.
