Fresh bratwurst with oven roasted home fries

Eggs bavarian with black forrest ham,
rosti (thin potato pancakes) and mornay sauce

Western quiche, home made and filled with roasted red potatoes, pepper jack cheese, bell peppers and onions. Served with mesclun salad

Vegetarian strudel with mesclun salad.
